That is easy. Clink the log in button located in the upper right hand of the screen. A sign on screen will appear, fill it out, and you are ready to go.

At the very bottom of the article, you will see add comment. Click and it will take you to another screen. If the screen is being annoying about loading, click refresh and that should get it moving again.
